We have 14 presses with weights from 700 to 6,200 tons.
Profile weight from 0.07 kg/m to 30 kg/m
Alloys: EN AW 6060, 6061, 6063, 6005 and 6082
Profiles up to max. 14 meters
Standard profile prices start at €3.56/kg (LME 22.11.2024 = €2.52/kg ) from 5 MT.
Custom profiles prices start at €3.66/kg (same conditions).
We can create your existing tools free of charge. Ask us about the possibilities.
Surface treatment:
Surface treatment: anodizing (Qualanod), max. 14 meters
Powder coating (Qualicoat), up to max. 14 meters
Profile machining:
3, 4 or 5-axis CNC machining
cutting, milling, drilling, punching
deburring, brushing, grinding, engraving
assembly of semi-finished products: including purchasing and inventory management of purchased parts
Current delivery time for pressed profiles is within four to five weeks.
