JFE-EH500 is a 500-grade wear-resistant steel produced by Japan's JFE Steel Corporation.
It has a tensile strength of 1516 MPa, a yield strength of 1321 MPa, and a Brinell hardness of 502 HB.
Common stock specifications range from 6 to 100 mm in thickness.
JFE-EH500 is specifically used for special components, including medium-speed coal mill cylinder liners, fan impeller casings, dust collector inlet ducts, ash and slag ducts, bucket wheel excavator liners, separator connection pipes, coal crusher liners, coal hopper and crusher liners, burner nozzles, coal chutes and hoppers, air preheater support shields, and separator guide vanes.
