Application of XAR series wear-resistant plates
XAR series wear-resistant plates (XAR400, XAR450, XAR500, XAR550, XAR600) have a wide range of uses: mining, heavy equipment in steel plants, cement industry, agricultural machinery. Generally, the hardness of XAR wear-resistant steel will vary according to the delivery state, for example, after annealing to soft, the hardness of XAR 600 at room temperature does not exceed 300 HB, and after hardening or heat treatment, its hardness will increase to more than 550 HB .
The XAR series of wear-resistant steels have proven successful in a variety of applications where wear is a major cost factor. Due to their high hardness, wear is reduced and component life is extended.
