33MnCrB5 is a German steel grade related to alloyed structural steels. Currently, there is no corresponding grade of steel in China. It can be made based on chemical elements. Steel contains trace amounts of boron (B) 0.0008-0.005%, which can improve the hardenability and hardening ability of steel. They form a good metallographic structure and at the same time reduce the aging effect.
39MnCrB6 belongs to the group of materials "hardened and tempered steel". Steel "39MnCrB6" has an alternative name. 39MnCrB6 contains carbon, chromium, manganese, phosphorus, silicon and sulfur. Yield strength of 39MnCrB6-2 σb (MPa): 1100~1350 Yield strength of 39MnCrB6-2 σs (MPa): ≥900; 39MnCrB6-2 elongation δ (%): ≥12; Section shrinkage 39MnCrB6-2 ψ (%): ≥50; Hardness 39MnCrB6-2 (softening annealed): ≤255HBW.
