SPCC (Steel Plate Cold Commercial) is a cold rolled steel plate.

SPCC was originally the Japanese standard (JIS) "general use of cold rolled carbon steel sheet and strip" steel name, many countries or companies directly used to indicate their own production of similar steel.

Cold rolled carbon steel sheet and strip is steel plate that meets the highest standards of production processes and quality control requirements.

SPCC is one of the grades of prime cold rolled sheet.

It is equivalent to Chinese grades Q195, Q215A and German grade St12.

(1)When tension test and elongation values are guaranteed for SPCC in compliance with a customer's request, the suffix T may be given to the designation:SPCCT. (2) Non-aging shall be guaranteed for a period of six months from the date of shipment from the works.Non-aging indicates performance in which stretcher strain does not occur during the working process.
