3003 aluminium foil, commonly known as tin foil, or tin foil, is a tool made from flattened metal aluminium that is mainly used in the kitchen to cook and hold food, or to make materials that can be simply cleaned. Most 3003 aluminium foil is shiny on one side and grey on the other. Aluminium foil for food can be wrapped on both sides, and it is usually recommended to wrap on the shiny side to improve heat transfer.

When 3003 aluminium foil is extracted along the core direction due to poor winding, the foil is free to fall off in the shape of a cylinder; or when the foil is pressed with a finger, it produces a partial depression phenomenon.
The main reasons for loose rolls: the tension is too small or uneven when slitting; the slitting speed is too fast; the pressure of the flattening roller is too small.
