Weight Calculation Formula for Galvanized Round Pipes:
Weight=
(Outer Diameter−Wall Thickness)×Wall Thickness×0.02466×Length×Galvanized Layer
But when calculating actually, we usually ignore the weight of the zinc layer and only calculate the weight of the round pipe.
For example, if a galvanized round pipe is 165mm in diameter and 4.5mm in thickness, it weighs:
Weight = (165 - 4.5) × 4.5 × 0.02466 × 6 = 106.86 KG
