S355J0WP weathering steel is atmospheric corrosion resistant steel, which is a low alloy steel series between ordinary steel and stainless steel. Weathering steel is made by adding a small amount of copper, nickel and other corrosion resistant elements to ordinary carbon steel. S355J0WP weathering steel has the characteristics of high quality steel such as strength, plastic casting, forming, welding, abrasion, high temperature and fatigue resistance.
The weatherability is 2~8 times that of normal carbon steel, and the coating ability is 1.5~10 times that of normal carbon steel.
