2. Tensile Testing (Yield & Tensile Strength)

Equipment: Universal tensile testing machine with calibrated load cells.

Procedure:

Clamp the specimen and apply uniaxial tension at a controlled strain rate.

Yield Strength (ReH): Record stress at 0.2% plastic deformation (or use the upper/lower yield point method).
