Corrugated plate, also called profiled plate, is made of color coated steel plate, galvanized plate and other metal plates by rolling and cold bending into various corrugated profiled plates.
Corrugated plate is applicable to the roof, wall and interior and exterior wall decoration of industrial and civil buildings, warehouses, special buildings, large-span steel structure houses, etc.
Color Coated Sheet for construction is generally hot-dip galvanized steel plate and hot-dip aluminized zinc steel plate as the base plate. It is mainly processed into corrugated board or sandwich board conforming to polyurethane, and used for the construction of the roof, wall and door of industrial and commercial buildings such as steel structure workshop, airport, warehouse and freezer.
Aluminized Zinc Color Coating Plate is a new material produced by high-end application in China in recent years, often referred to as CCLI. It is made of aluminized zinc plate (55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 1.6% silicon) which is more corrosion resistant than zinc plating, after surface degreasing, phosphating and complex salt treatment, coated with organic coating and baked.
